Verde Valley's Stucco Climate

At 3,300 feet elevation, the Verde Valley sits below Prescott's freeze line but still sees significant monsoon moisture from July through September. Stucco here faces a different challenge than Prescott — less freeze-thaw, more sustained UV exposure on south-facing walls, and dramatic temperature swings during shoulder seasons.

We adjust our application techniques and material selection to match Verde Valley conditions. UV-stable pigments, proper expansion joints, and elastomeric finishes hold up better here than the same systems used in Phoenix or Flagstaff.
